1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Snapkey ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Snapkey on up to three (3) devices that you own or control. This license includes:

• The right to use all features of Snapkey Pro
• Two (2) years of software updates from the date of purchase
• Access to customer support via email

3. API Keys and Third-Party Services

Snapkey requires you to provide your own API keys for AI services (such as OpenAI or Anthropic). By using these services through Snapkey:

• You agree to comply with the terms of service of the respective AI providers
• You are responsible for any costs incurred through your API usage
• Snapkey does not store or transmit your API keys to our servers
• Your text data is sent directly to the AI provider you choose

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share your license key with others

5. Device Management

Your license allows activation on up to 3 devices. You may deactivate a device at any time from within the application to free up a license slot. We reserve the right to limit activations if we detect abuse.

6. Updates and Support

Your purchase includes 2 years of updates. After this period:

• The Software will continue to function
• You will not receive new feature updates
• You may renew at a discounted rate to receive additional updates

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Snapkey for any reason, contact us at support@snapkey.io within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the output generated by AI services used through the Software.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Snapkey be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the Software.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
